First-time exhibitor guide

Everything you need to plan your first trade show.

Exhibiting for the first time can feel like a lot. This short, jargon-free guide covers the decisions that matter most — so you can show up looking polished and prepared.

  1. 01

    Pick the right booth size

If you're new, start small. A tabletop or 10x10 booth gives you a polished presence without overwhelming your team or your budget. You can always grow into a 10x20 next year.

  2. 02

Budget for the full booth, not just the kit

Plan for graphics, shipping, material handling, and your show services order in addition to your kit. ieLITE pricing is transparent so you can plan with confidence.

  3. 03

    Keep your graphics simple

Big, readable headlines and one strong visual will out-perform a busy backwall every time. Attendees should understand what you do in five seconds or less.

  4. 04

    Practice your setup

Every ieLITE kit is tool-free, but doing a dry run before show day means less stress on the floor. Most kits set up in one to two hours.

  5. 05

    Plan how you'll follow up

Your booth's job is to start the conversation. Have a lead capture plan and a simple follow-up email ready before you arrive.
