- Meeting details you provide when scheduling a call through our Google Calendar link.

- Basic analytics: pages viewed, referring source, and standard device information used to improve the site.
- UTM parameters passed in links, used to attribute where visitors came from.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and prepare a reviewed quote.
- To confirm and follow up on scheduled calls.
- To improve the ieLITE catalog and the experience for future exhibitors.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the Insight Exhibits team members who help prepare your quote and with the service providers we use to run the site (email delivery, calendar scheduling, analytics).
